As a parent of a local prospective student considering Presbyterian College, we allowed our son to attend a Hoby Youth Leadership Seminar through his high school over the summer and stay in this college's dorms. Throughout the stay, my son and his friends' Christian beliefs were continuously challenged while rainbow supporters preached their own agendas to these kids. When we picked up our kids, there were rainbow flags and propoganda visible all over the parking lot. We advised the high school administration, and they will not be sending any kids back next year. It's hard to believe that this college would support this kind of program and call itself a Christian school.

Students receive highly individualized attention from faculty at Presbyterian College. Additionally, there are tremendous leadership/career development opportunities in campus organizations such as the investment club, student run media, model UN, research projects, etc. Having graduated from three large, public universities; students tend to get lost in the crowd at those types of institutions. At Presbyterian College, the students are thriving and receiving valuable guidance and mentorship. For this reason, along with the generous scholarship packages most students qualify for; students receive strong Return on Investment. When you factor in the scholarships, typically (depending on the year) the only institutions in SC displaying higher annual ROI are Clemson and the Citadel. PC is positioned nicely within the competitive market of higher education.

Presbyterian College is a place like home. I am comfortable in the environment and couldn't imagine myself anywhere else. The people are all nice and everyone has a chance to know each other. The involvement of sorority life is great and lets you have the opportunity to make lifetime friends.
